Are there any mods that can add enchantments or boost ability to increase weapon wielding speed or bow shooting speed (besides perk trees)? For example, I tried disenchanting mod to disenchant Zephyr and apply that enchantment to other items, but it's like a null property of Zephyr which wouldn't transfer onto other weapons.
